1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

kkslots reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC process. Users who fail to provide the required documents within the specified period risk temporary suspension or account closure.

Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their respective accounts. Passwords must be kept secure and must not be shared with any other party. kkslots is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to user negligence.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

kkslots accepts payments through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The transaction limits in effect are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all withdrawal methods
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours

All money deposited into a kkslots account must originate from a valid account held in the name of the registered user. kkslots does not accept third-party payments. Any attempt to deposit money through another person's account will be rejected and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus bringing your account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. If you deposit RM1,800, the bonus received is RM888 bringing your account balance to RM2,688. The wagering requirement to be met is RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash and may only be used for wagering on the platform
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirements are met, the entire bonus amount and related winnings will be forfeited
• kkslots reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of having been obtained through fraud or abuse
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder and cannot be transferred
• Each account is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once

The kkslots VIP Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback benefit — from 0.2% for Bronze up to 1.2% for Diamond. Tier progression is based on the user's betting activity over time.

6. Game Rules
